On August 4, 2026, employees of the museum and the district library for the Day of Abai organized for the soldiers of military unit No. 6697 an hour of poetry "World of Abai." The soldiers read the poems of Abai Kunanbayev, performed the songs "Zhelsiz tunde heat қ ay," "Kөzimn ің қ arasy." As part of the event, a quiz "What do we know about Abai?" The soldiers answered questions about the life and work of akyn. The book exhibition featured books and memoirs about Abai, as well as his own works.
